Alex Oliver Associates proudly secured planning permission for an innovative mixed-use development overlooking Hove’s vibrant seafront.

Designed with sensitivity to its surroundings, the building’s stepped form responds thoughtfully to the unique context of the site. The larger seafront-facing block integrates seamlessly with neighbouring multi-storey residential buildings, maintaining a harmonious streetscape. Meanwhile, the western side of the development terraces gracefully, reflecting the more modest scale of the adjacent Edwardian houses.

This carefully considered design balances contemporary architecture with respect for Hove's rich architectural heritage, offering an elegant addition to the seafront.
